Rental Agreementthis agreement.
- The vehicle is property of Crazy Carrental. This agreement is entended for rent exclusively.
- The client will return the vehicle to the location where it was rented, on the date and at the time agreed upon in the agreement and demand return of the vehicle.
- The vehicle will be exclusively driven by the person mentioned in this agreement and for insurance to be valid all cars must be parked inside of yard. Any cars left outside, the responsibility of theft becomes the renter 100%.
- The client will be responsible for the vehicle being kept locked at anytime when the vehicle is not in use, and will use the anti-robbery device.
- Flat tires, gasoline, and lost licence plates will be for the account of the client.
- Before the key of the vehicle is handed to the client, the latter should pay a deposit of
- $575(under 25 age) $300 (above 25 age) cash or creditcard, wich amount will be refunded upon termination of this agreement , on the understanding that in case of damage to the vehicle in consequence of collision and robbery or any violation of this agreement, the client will pay the total damage to the vehicle immediately, deducting the deposit amount.
- Lost key will cost $ 143
- In case of an accident in wich the driver is in violation of the rules of traffic or in case the driver is under influence of alcohol, drugs or hallucinogenic substance, the client will be fully liable for the vehicle in its entirety or the damages to the vehicle.
- In case of an accident the client should notify Curacao Road Service at the phonenr. 199, for robbery notify the police without delay. The client will not leave the site of the accident without first completing a report, if the client should fail to notify any of the occurences referred to above, the client will be fully liable for all damages to the vehicle.
- For prolongation of the renting period call one day before the return day of the vehicle.
- The vehicle must be returned on the agreed time , for 1/2 hour late we will charge $16 after 1 hour ONE DAY rate will be charged.
- All vehicles are delivered clean and must be return clean. If not we will charge $9.
- We recommend to refill the car at the same level as our price are higher than the Gas Station.
- The vehicle must not be used :
A) FOR ILLEGAL PURPOSE .
B) FOR GIVING SHOWS AND RACING.
C) IN CASE THE SEATING CAPACITY OR THE MAXIMUM LOAD OF THE VEHICLE IS EXCEEDED.
D) IN CASE THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN OBTAINED BY MEANS OF FRAUDULENT ACTS AGREEMENT. ANY PROHIBITED USE OF THE VEHICLE WIll CONSTITUTE A BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT .
